Maxwell Davidson Gallery

The Maxwell Davidson Gallery was founded in 1968, and has been in business continuously since that time. We specialize in twentieth and twenty-first century Modern and contemporary masters, with an emphasis on sculpture and, in particular, kinetic sculpture and Op-Art.

We have been members of the Art Dealers Association of America since 1975 and, at various times, have served on the Board, the Public Relations Committee, the Ethics Committee, and the Membership Committee, which we chaired for four years.

Our art fair participation over the years has included Art Basel, Art Chicago, San Francisco International Art Expo, Art Koln, and The ADAA Art Show in New York.

We have had significant one-man exhibitions for artists such as Fernand Leger, Henry Matisse, Tom Wesselmann, and George Rickey, and are actively dealing in the works of those and other artists such as Alexander Calder, Willem De Kooning, Henry Moore, and Milton Avery. We also work with a range of more contemporary artists as well as the Estates of Tom Wesselmann, George Segal, and Mary Ann Unger.
